Great parking through 241 by Global Airport Parking right across the street from the cruise terminal. Short wait outside terminal, once inside we walked right on the ship within 10 minutes. The ship is well maintained throughout. The crew were phenomenal, motivated, friendly, helpful. I was very impressed with the food in all dining areas. Food seemed extra good for example the bran muffins were larger, moist had many golden raisins compared to my last cruise. The chef was definitely doing things right! The Windjammer had a truly amazing selection and everything was seasoned well and hot. Personally I love the new themed menus, many nights there were 4 entrees I wanted and had difficulty narrowing it down. Jeffrey was a great Cruise Director and his team had a great line up for the week. I enjoyed all the entertainment, activities and movies. Casino was surprisingly generous to me this cruise. Service throughout was excellent. My Interior GTY turned into a spotless Ocean View thanks to my Royal Up. A very enjoyable week and will definitely return to Serenade of the Seas soon. The Diamond Lounge was a little crowded while the Pinnacle reserved area and the Concierge lounge seemed vacant but the wonderful Francisco always accommodated us and made a place for us to sit to enjoy our pre dinner cocktails if not in the Diamond Lounge he would find a spot for us in the Viking Crown Lounge. The fitness center was empty except for one or two guests for the majority of this cruise. I couldn't help thinking what a nice public room or dancing lounge this could be. Excellent views.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

I originally booked an Interior GTY and happily received Ocean View Stateroom 3638 which was well maintained and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and the very large window gave lovely views. Stateroom Attendant Denny was the best. He did little extras like always neatly arranging our cel phone cords into circles and always had time to talk with us.
