We chose to take this cruise ship because of the pricing and newness of the ship. However, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." It was a struggle from the beginning because their website is horrible and not user friendly. I had to call the reservation number for almost everything.

We were told to be at the cruise terminal by 10:30 am for our check-in process. We arrived at the terminal loaded down with our bags and proceeded to the check-in area, only to be told to go back across the street and leave our luggage with a porter. That area was not marked in any way shape or form and I had to eventually chase down the porter. He even had the audacity to request everyone leave a tip for him! (We didn't get our luggage until 10:30 pm that evening).

After we checked-in, we went through security and then we were directed to a "holding area." We were held in that area for over 3 hours with no communication as to what was going on. Finally, when it was time to board it was very unorganized and people who were not in the group were blocking the pathway for the group called.
