This was my husband's and my first cruise with RSSC and we had high expectations - and let me state this first: they were met in most fields.
When we arrived at CPT airport the port agent wasn't informed of the number of people arriving. Therefore, we had to share a minibus with every seat taken and, although it had a luggage trailer behind it, I had to take my carry-on suitcase on my knees during the transfer to the Cullinan hotel.
We arrived at the official check-in time, which was 2:00 p. m. After waiting in line for quite some time, we were told, our room would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes back in another even longer line (as more guests of RSSC and other cruise companies were arriving, too) we were told, it would take another 20-30 minutes. As I was told at 3:30 p. m. again it would take another 30 minutes, I addressed the matter to the port agent representative on site, as many, many guests who came way after us were checked-in promptly in the meantime, miraculously, a room was ready after a short talk between rep and manager. Having waited that long, I assumed, the reason would have been the preparation of a particularly nice room, but it just was a regular (but fine) room.
Spacious, lots of storage space, quiet location. Wifi wasn't working though full signal in suite (not a satellite problem, but internal distribution problem, because outside of suite, for example in hallways, foyer or theater full data traffic).
