after 11 cruises with Viking [ oceans and rivers], we excitedly booked this cruise because we wanted to enjoy a river cruise in America with Vikings " . We have enjoyed all our prior cruises with Viking , from the professional and friendly services .., food, and itineraries specially the European ones. So when we embarked the Viking Miss. we were expecting the same experience...

That changed when on our way to our room, [ 345] we were confronted with dead cockroaches and candy wrappers in the hallway!!! not the Vikings I knew! The safe in our room was not working... but the room was clean...
