Embarcation and Debarcation is very smooth. Staterooms were fine, stateroom host went above and beyond. Food was ok, some entrees in the MDR were better than others, servers in main dining room need to be trained more. Food in the Aloha cafe was sub par for the most part. We as passengers need to be more polite to each other. The buffet should not be considered as your last meal forever. Representitives at the customer service desk are for the most part rude and and not very helpful. Internet is horrible, don't waste your money here. Even though you are not allowed to bring water on the boat, we forgot we had two bottles in the backpack. Security didn't care, passed us right through. Be advised the the car rental companies in Maui don't have shuttles any longer. Cab fare eack way to airport car rentals is $15. Overall, the Pride of America is a very good Motel Six with an average Denny's for the restaurants.
