First river cruise and we were looking forward to visiting Budapest and Vienna.

We felt that the brochure misrepresented the schedule of the sailing. We boarded in Budapest on the afternoon of the first day of the trip. Despite lack of specific information on which dock the ship would be, we found it easily. There were several crew members available to help carry our luggage down the several steps onto the ship. That made it easy and was appreciated. Checking in was easy though the staff felt somewhat harried. But, they were busy and there were just two people available to help.
