Embarkation and disembarkation were flawless. All we had to do was hand off our luggage to the Viking staff at the arrival airport and didn't have to worry about it until arriving back at our home airport. They even arranged busses to take us to the airport at 3:00 A.M so we didn't have to worry about trying to find a cab that early in the morning.

The cabin was cleaned twice a day and kept in spotless condition. They disinfect everything in the room so we didn't have to keep wiping down everything with antiseptic wipes.

The food and service on the ship were fantastic. All of the staff seemed genuinely glad to have us on board. The food, even in the buffet, varied every day. The restaurant was the equivalent to a four star restaurant.
