We took this cruise out of Baltimore b/c we live in Delaware. It was a 1 hour drive and we were picked up and dropped off very easily. It's super easy to find the cruise terminal so that's a plus. Embarkation was a breeze, probably the best I've ever been on, and I have cruised a lot. The ships layout was pretty easy to follow. I will say as others have mentioned, some of the décor is a little tacky lol, but it by no means hinders from your experience.

We had an oceanview room on deck 1. It was a great room. The only issue we had was that the AC was not working great so I told guest services and they fixed the issue right away. I saw a lot of ppl comment about this so my suggestion is go talk to guest services and get a number you can call if the issue is not fixed. The guest service representative gave me a number to call if the issue was not resolved. Also tell your room steward, they can't do anything about it themselves, but they can light a fire under the ppl who can so it gets resolved quickly. No issues with the room, very cozy and quiet. All of our linen and towels were clean.

The food was awesome! No complaints about the food. SO, for all you food snobs, stop whining about the food. It is fantastic and you are just being picky. The MDR food is definitely better than Lido deck food but that's expected. Guy's Burgers are amazing as usual. We actually didn't eat in the buffet food for lunch, just Guy's Burgers and the pizza which was delicious as well. No complaints about the food, plenty of choices to pick from so stop complaining about it... The only thing with food I will complain about is how much ppl take and don't eat, or how much they take and eat in general. NO ONE needs 3 hamburgers in ONE meal... seriously.... Yes, we all pay for the food and it is all you can eat, but that does not mean you SHOULD eat more than you can handle...
