Worst cruise ever and Ihave done over 16, first and last time using MSC

God help anyone on their cruise if theres an emergency as none of the crew seem capable of knowing anything in general let alone an emergency and that goes for the higher up staff as well.Lower staff over worked and do long hours higher staff just dont care about anyone

From bad food, not enough entertainment, slow service, lack of information, lack of organisation, bad attitude from staff (not cabin or waiters/waitresses, lack of shaded areas on decks,

It seems once MSC have your money your on your own to even having to sign a waiver if you go on some excursions, we only went sight seeing nothing dangerous, tgat MSC cannot be held responsible for anything even though you booked through them and paid them, never had to do this on any other cruise i have been
