This cruise exhibited customer service at its best. Beginning at the airport on arrival through to boarding the plane at departure, the Viking staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Excursions were well planned, organized, and the guides very knowledgeable. Our favorites were “The Artic by Husky” and “Northern Lights at Paeskatun”. We enjoyed the gym and spa too. The ship was very clean, and staterooms well designed and included nice amenities.

Communication was top notch. We always knew the plan and next steps. The Viking band and performers are very talented and the lecturers experts in their fields.
