Sail Date: Jan 2023

This was a very last minute holiday deal through Barrhead Travel on Azura sailing from Tenerife at an excellent price, booked one Saturday and sailed the following and it included flights, private transfers and a balcony cabin.

The ports of call were Madeira, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote.

The last time we wre on Azura was the year it launched and we hadn't sailed with P&O since 2019 obviously COVID was a factor and also through choice as other cruise lines offer more for loyalty but were keen to see how the ship was wearing.

Cabin Review

Our expectations about the the cabin were not high, it was a balcony cabin on deck 12, A726 which was dated, the bathroom was in dire need of a refurbishment however like the cabin it was clean. The balcony furniture was rusty and old however a couple of days into the cruise all the cabins on deck 12 had new balcony furniture.

John our cabin steward was friendly and obliging.
