My daughter paid for me but I loved this trip. Previous cruises were boring with nothing to do and just so you know I'm not fussy, The RC cruise I was on had three (3) people turn up for Bingo and my friend and I were 2 of those. same fro craft class. I was the only person who turned up.

On the Splendor I was spoilt for choices. The food was not super super fancy in the buffet but still very good. I loved the cooked fresh omelettes for breakfast and the asian stirfries. The coffee was lousy but apparently most people know that and take their own sachets. Food in the restaurant was good with lots of choices of new to me foods like crocodile. Al the wait staff were great. Our cabin steward was great too and literally every staff member on board was lovely that I had any dealings with. All in all a lovely time.
