I am writing this review today as my travel agent requested I do so with the hopes that Norwegian Cruise Lines will take my comments and concerns seriously. I have cruised with Norwegian several times before and have always had a wonderful time. I wish I could say the same for this last cruise that I have just returned from on the Prima.
I have just returned from a cruise on the Prima and was VERY disappointed with the ship.
The elevators seemed to take a very long time (upwards of 20 minutes at times), due to this we ended up taking the stairs most of the time, even though I have a bad hip.

cabin was clean , I had a balcony suit mid ship again it just feels a lot smaller, then what I am use too from other ships
