First time on Princess (over 30 cruises). But it was at the right time, place and price. You were required to do almost all pre cruise on you smart phone App. NO Computer. Getting through the App was hours and hours of frustration. You had to search to find what you had to do before boarding... no list .... NOT user Friendly. On that alone I would not take another Princess Cruise. The medallion was not nearly as useful as a card.

Now the good part. The staff was great. Those there tried their best. However they were overworked. Not enough waiters, servers, staff anywhere. The rooms were excellent, better than most lines.
