Bucket list cruise. Positives: amazing cruise itinery; ship staff in general very attentive. Naturalists were top notch and gave interesting lectures. Open bridge was a nice addition. Did not go to evening shows so cannot comment. Negatives: lazy butler; nice cabin but not spectacular; weak/no Wi-Fi in cabin (went to Azure cafe to connect to the internet); no place to hang wet clothes; no menus online (have to visit each restaurant); no pool - just some warm (not hot) tubs; long disembarkation day - had to be out of cabins at 8 am and reached hotel at 7 pm - a waste of a day (luggage - even though it was on the bus with us - arrived in our rooms 1-1.5 hours later); no restaurant/tour recommendations at Hotel prior to cruise (other cruise lines/ tour agencies had recommendations posted in the lobby); paid for a extra night in Buenos Aires (11:30 pm flight) - Scenic scheduled us for a noon checkout. Not six star (or even four or five star) service.
