The service is great and very sincere.
The food in the main or my time dinning is great and I am very fussy. It’s amazing that the food coming out hot with 3 floors of dinning! The Italian restaurant is really lack luster. But again the service is great. One exception is guest services……they don’t help with anything and their stock answer is “I’ll check with my manager” and then they do nothing !!!
