My husband and I were looking forward to our Celebrity Apex cruise for months. It has been an extremely bitter-cold winter in Minneapolis, and we were looking forward to getting away. I couldn't wait to bring out summer clothes and sandals again!

Everything on the Apex went beyond our expectations. The food was incredibly amazing, the staff were spot-on and always friendly, and the entertainment was beyond anything that we were expecting. Everyone went out of their way to answer any questions we may have, and our room steward, Shawn, was the best! Our favorite waiter, Marvin at Cyprus Restaurant was professional, accommodating, and always checking to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

The ports we went to ranged from fabulous (Belize) to "okay" (Cozumel, where the shop employees were very pushy and wouldn't take "No" for an answer). I wish that we had more time in Grand Cayman, where my husband wanted to snorkel but felt he didn't have enough time (arriving at port at 10AM and leaving by 3:30 PM).
