Overall the trip was great. Viking does an excellent job of catering to the guests. The ship is very clean and the staff was great. The excursions were very enjoyable and well organized ... there was only one excursion that we did not enjoy in Austria one evening. The food was great with choices from an "American" menu or from the menu in whatever country you were visiting. You had the choice to take it easy or be as active as you wanted to be with all the excursions that were offered. The Viking air on the return trip left a little to be desired. All flights and connections were delayed at least an hour and then we were stuck in the Toronto airport overnight. It was very frustrating and there was no one that could help with getting a flight out that night. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend a Viking long ship cruise.
