Recommended by friends. We went as a group of 10 friends and it was a wonderful experience to be on this cruise all together. The crew was great, extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable (I recommend a balcony room) and the food was excellent and plentiful. We signed up for the beverage package and did not regret it. The site trips were well organized. Down points are that we spent quite a bit of time on buses before and after the cruise.

The trip is not for people that have to use a wheelchair, unless it is a small, foldable transfer chair. I bought a Pride three wheeler scooter for the trip, had to submit all sort of paperwork for review and I was denied it a week before the trip! Very stressful. Also, you have to be able to get up and down a bus (the bus drivers were always extremely helpful) and on-off the boat (2 steps, with great help from the crew). There is an elevator from the room floors to the lounges floor, but not one to the top deck. The bathrooms in the cabins are definitely not ADA compatible. If you go to restaurants on side trips, often time the bathrooms are down a flight of stairs. I requested an ADA compatible room at the Marriott in Prague and was given a regular room. These caveats will make it impossible for me to go on another river cruise in the future, sadly!
