Chose this tour to go to Normandy and Paris. Fun time and very educational. Food was good but not superior. Breakfast gave wide variety and was very good. Soups served at lunches were wonderful. Really loved the Aquavit terrace particularly during a transit between cities. So relaxing to watch the scenery. Great service-staff anticipated our wants and made travel smoother. Much more active than anticipated which was good as there is no gym. Tours were excellent and well timed to visit. Particularly like the resources offered by Viking for advanced reading on the areas we would be visiting as this provided additional indepth understanding.

Unfortunately as we were visiting area in November, Monets house was not open but extra time in Arles to visit Van Goghs area and understand his paintings. Busses provided were clean and guide provided information while we were intransit. Viking just has thought of everything to help you travel in comfort without worries.
