I will start by saying that we have sailed 4 times in the past 5 years with NCL and never had any issues. Last cruise, it was different….
First, let’s give credit where credit is due. The service staff was amazing. Our stewardess for the stateroom did a terrific job. We required additional electric cord to plug our CPAP machines and it was done promptly and without any hassle.
Restaurants waiter and assistant Maitre D’ were great and the food was amazing. We've had one of the best steak ever at Cagney’s Steakhouse. We also appreciate the option to have menu meals in restaurant for breakfast and lunch since we prefer to avoid buffet in this post pandemic world. The Irish pub O’Sheenan was opened all the time and provided a nice option to eat outside of buffet and restaurant hours.
