Getting to the ship was an adventure because our flight was delayed, resulting in potentially missing the ship. The first person we spoke to was awful: she told us to go to the first leg of our trip and "speak" to the people at the airport. This was the WORST advice ever. She did not know what she was doing and did not speak English well enogh. We hung up on her, called again and the next person was able to get us onto a flight on another airline, resulting in our being able to depart on time.

Sam, the cruise director, was wonderful.
