We are a couple from the Netherlands and have had some cruises done already. This was our first transatlantic cruise and our first cruise out of Denmark.

We flew in 2 nights before and stayed in area close to the port. The metro was very conveniently located in 2 minutes walking distance from our hotel. The same metro we could use to get to the free port shuttle bus.

Fantastic itinerary with lovely stops. We would have like more time in the port to sea more of the destinations but hey that is cruising. We definitely come back to those ports. Due to weather conditions we could not visit all of the ports in Greenland. The one we visited lacked in some useful to do's outside of cruise ship shore excursions.
