It was a cruise to forget,

Just got back from the cruise, I had booked 2 cabins 1 for my wife and I and the other for my 2 kids we were a group with 3 other cabins in our group, worst cruise ever, first we had purchased the upgraded denim package booked and paid for them upon boarding this was denied in a very rude way and msc saying it was the agents fault ended up it was msc’s fault they reimbursed the wrong amour still missing 36$ from that reimbursement, we had asked for our kids to be close to us having a 14 year old we repeated the request upon boarding and the staff just didn’t seem to care nor did they even try to accommodate us, the staff in general on this ship were rude and not service driven, the front desk being the worst of them, service was so slow it was incredible it would take us more than 30-45 minutes to get a drink at the bar, the food at the buffet was always pretty much the same

Cabin Review

It was very small for a balcony cabin
