The embarkation was fast. The main lobby was very small, noisy and crowded. Their website says they use USD so I selected cash for my onboard account (I have only AUD bank card). I called hotline and they told me they use AUD, but I needed to get on board soon. So took 25 minutes to wait for guest service staff to fix my account (linked to AUD bank card ). I chose King bed for my dad online 2 days before the cruise starts. But there are two single beds in his room. I told the guest service staff to fix the bed 3pm on departure day. Nobody fixed the bed till the other day dinner time. Call different departments to fix it, no confirmed fix time. We came back to the room at 9pm after dinner, the beds were arranged half way, not even can be slept on. Called them several times. After 30 minutes, a staff came and he was making two beds for us. Nobody told him what the task was. The card reader maxhine in self service laundry room is difficult to use. No direct number for me to call the maintainant. Had to go down to main lobby call for help. The path way to the main pool and buffet restaurant was very very narrow, need to turn and turn at different corners. And it was blocked by the guests who were queuing for towels. There are always long long queues for food during peak hours at buffet. The seating at main dining resr was very crowded and not comfortable. We cannot go to level 3 back restaurant even we are at level 3 lobby (if not taking lift to level 4 or 5). no toilet at level 4 main dining restaurant.
