We chose Viking first of all because they are great and then we chose to do Omeramergau because it was such a great opportunity to see the Passion play along with a land tour and then a 7 day cruise all in the same trip. The people we met during the land tour was also on the boat with us and we all knew each other by the time of the cruise which was great! The staff was great and very knowledgeable and all the tours were perfect. The weather was very hot but we managed to stay cool and the buses that took us on all the tours were first class. The food was fantastic and the boat was very clean at all times. We loved being on a smaller vessel where you could meet more people and enjoy your adventure with "new friends"! The excursions were spectacular and the tour guides well informed too! We love Viking!
