We sailed on The Columbia & Snake river on American Harmony!! From the minute we arrived at the ship the deck crew met and carried our luggage directly to our stateroom, no waiting. Unpacking when well with ample storage space and closet. Each stateroom comes with a balcony, two chairs and a table.

The crew was outstanding, from John Moretta the Hotel General Manager (who we had the privilege of cruising with in Alaska) he actually booked this cruise for us and we’ve rebooked 2 more cruises again due to the way he and the entire team make our cruises so memorable. We also enjoyed Trent Loggins the Cruise Director, Tyson the Excursions Director, and the Housekeeping Manager Samatha Lavizzo and her team which cleaned each room daily and dropped off the "ship to shore" daily calendar to the room each night while we were at dinner. Our executive chef Victoria and her crew of cooks and William our dining room manager and his waiters were simply wonderful, caring individuals who took the time to get to know the guests without being intrusive. We loved all the excursions especially Pendleton even though it’s an early wake up. Overall we look forward to many more cruises and if you get John Moretta as a Hotel Manager and his team then you are in for an exceptional cruise!
