We had done several Viking Cruises and have really enjoyed all of them. Service has always been fantastic. Excursions have been interesting and culturally informative. We really got spoiled on this cruise because there were only 57 passengers onboard. The workers couldn’t do enough for us. I must mention the head bar steward Christian who went above and beyond for us. On one excursion we got back to the boat after lunchtime and he was nice enough to find some sandwiches for my very hungry husband. My husband was having mobility problems at the time and everyone was very helpful to us. We want to do this cruise again since he was under the weather the last time. Can’t recommend Viking Cruises enough. One of the highlights of the trip was coming into Budapest at night with the lights on. The captain timed it so we would arrive in time to see it and it was magnificent.
Nice cabin. A little tight around the bed but we weren’t in the cabin that much. The balcony was small but nice. Sat out there quite a bit to see the great scenery.
