I choose Viking for many reasons but the recommendation from my brother and sister in law was truly the deciding factor. I loved all the different excursions both included and extra, being able to dine in all the dining rooms without extra cost. Shipboard entertainment was perfect, love the afternoon teas . Entertainment was fun and no matter where you were on the ship there was always something to do. Love the that the staterooms were all on the outside so I could enjoy the sites from my room. The all inclusiveness of Viking is wonderful The size of the ship and the number of quests was perfect. I don't like the larger ships and masses of people that they hold. I travel as a single traveler and really appreciated family atmosphere from the Viking staff. I enjoy the no children and lack of over the top entertainment, no hidden fees and attractions that other cruise lines have.

I have scheduled a cruise for later this year and have two more scheduled for next year. I am currently looking forward what will be available in 2025.
