(There was not a choice for Norway or Iceland on the list) The trip started in Bergen Norway, spending one night there, then sailing, and stopping at four ports along the way. One complimentary shore excursion is included in every port. That is, if they are not SOLD OUT out before you have the chance to make your selection. Extra paid excursions are available, most of which were too much for us willing to pay for. You can check for openings once you arrive at the ship. After sailing one day you arrive at the Faroe Islands'. Along the way we participated in the "Blue Nose Ceremony" for crossing the Arctic Circle. I will not describe the ceremony, as you need to be there to see it. We then sailed one day to Iceland, and then stopped at four ports along the way. We disembarked in Reykjavik after spending one night anchored there.

There was a music performance most nights in the main theater. Daily talks of the days destination, and history of each stop. One other club area with music each night, and a small lounge area that also had music. Videos loops were playing in one of the smaller theaters during the day,

Viking cruises are for adults only, which was perfect for us. We cannot tolerate the noise that some children are very good at making. We don't try any of the extras on the ship that you have to pay for, spa ect.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda Stateroom

The room was sufficient for needs. A little tight on space trying to get into the closet.
