Having never been to Europe before, I wanted to experience it in a more intimate setting. The ship was just the right size with just the right amount of people aboard and staff on hand. The shore excursions were small and intimate and made seeing the sights even better. The attention to detail on the ship far exceeded anything that I expected. I am planning another Viking cruise in August.

We saw some remarkable sights in the countries we visited. The places that were chosen were very interesting and loaded with the culture of the city and country that we were visiting.

After each shore excursion, we were always greeted back on the ship by crew members and even the chef, at times, who had horsdourves for us.

Cabin Review

We chose a penthouse veranda room that had the extra living room and 2 balconies. It was great for me and my partner and two other traveling friends to all congregate in in the afternoons after an excursion to enjoy the complimentary wine and fruit that was included with this room.

The extra cost for this room was totally worth it.

Port Reviews

Budapest

This was my first trip to Europe and it included a lot of the cities that I have always wanted to see and visit.
