I chose Viking because we sailed with one of their ships before and had a very good experience.
The ship is comfortable, like that there are a number of common areas that one can sit, read, chat with people or just enjoy the scenery, no need to stay in the state room even when at sea.
The cabins are clean and comfortable, the restaurants never appeared to be crowded, even the cafe. the wait staff was attentive and pleasant.
