This was a Bucket List item from when working in Cologne for a Month back in 2011. Every Sunday I would go down to the Rhine River and watch all the long ships on the River and fell in love with it.
I said some day I will cruise the Rhine and Danube Rivers.
It was everything I expected it to be. Food excellent, service was outstanding, excursions great and done so professional. The Viking Egdir was a brand new long boat and we had the privilege to ride on the inaugural cruise.
