The food was sub-par. Some examples are sandwiches with 1 piece of paper-thin meat and fish that had an ammonia taste (meaning it's old and not edible). Most, not all food tasted as if it came out of a can or box-example, coconut shrimp. At best the food was inconsistent, upcharges for steak and lobster in regular dining. little entertainment on the ship. For 16 days, 2 different comedians, showed movies, strings and piano would play to a video. I just couldn’t hear “Piano Man” one more time in the “dueling piano bar” – ugh!! Table service, other than dining room or specialty restaurants was so-so. If you left cash on table, you got great service. The dining room at dinner, plan to spend 2-2.5 hours. Horrible processes. Every time you ordered a drink, soft or alcohol, you had to give them your card and they gave it back to you. So inconvenient and time-consuming. Wristband technology exists and a simple scan would work well. I can’t believe we had to pull out that card every time we needed a drink and hand it to the servers and they gave it back to you. Repeat as necessary. We really felt like we got nickel and dimed. Up charges galore. If you used the mini bar, it was extra regardless of drinks in it although we had the premium drink package. Dining room upcharges mentioned above as well. We hoarded drinks in our room. Water was difficult to come by. Many lines and crowded areas especially on cruise days. Pool decks were full, and several times people were waiting for tables, lines in the cafeteria market. Lines to get into the dining room. Their "free" internet was a joke. Temperature on the ship was extremely inconsistent. I am convinced BB Kings doubled as their meat storage cooler. Now for the good/not great, just good. Boarding and disembarkation was quick, but I expect that, room stewards were great, room and bathroom were adequate, nothing special. The best and most consistent food was the Dive-In for a burger and hotdog.
