As a Diamond member we love the formality of the Cunard line and the Ballroom so we booked the around Australia cruise in November and also the Around New Zealand cruise in January 2023

Had i know the serves level had fallen so low I would not have booked these cruises the menu has been cut back drastically and the untrained staff leaves a lot to desire.

I understand that after Covid they had to get a lot of new staff, but they forgot to train then at times we were waiting up to 30 minutes after being seated to even get a menu then instead of asking you which bread roll you just got one put on your plate

Cabin Review

Balcony

Apart from some power points and type not working the carpet had stains and was dirty bed was comfortable as always on ships shower is very small but you expect that so no problem
