Sail Date: Jan 2023
Cabin:

We were two adults in our 50s with our two adult children in their 20s. We had two interior cabins on different decks.

Really nice trip. Embarkation was smooth. Get your medallion ahead of time; it saves you a lot of time at check in. The ship is classy and clean. The rooms are standard cruise cabins and have all you need. All Princess employees were pleasant and willing to help with any requests. The ship is easy and fun to navigate. The public bathrooms were always super clean. The pool areas were well maintained and never at capacity. The buffet food was good, in line with other cruises. The food in the main dining room was really good. All public areas were clean and easily accessible. The outdoor big screen TV is great and had lots of variety. The entertainment could be stronger but it's probably in line with other ships of this age. I didn't download the Princess app but my wife said it was great. Cool to be able to see where others in your group are located.

The in-room TVs were very nice and the movie selections were terrific. You could access lots of info about the cruise and the ship right on the TV and, surprise, it worked perfect every time. The pizza by the pool was a nightly treat. The interactive screens all around the ship showing where and when all activities are are terrific. Getting a paper itinerary of all events the night before is a welcome treat since I'm sure that tradition is on it's way out. The excursions were similar to other cruises. This was around our 5th Princess cruise and 15th overall. Princess is a solid, classy cruise line and we look forward to cruising with them again.
