I went on 2 Princess cruises in 2022 and my experiences could not have been more different. The Caribbean cruise aboard the Caribbean Princess was almost flawless but the Regal Princess Mediterranean sailing was disastrous from start to finish. However, I am by nature, a very understanding person so I will write this review on the journey with the positive experience.

This sailing was one of the first post-covid.

The ship was sailing at half capacity. It was immaculate. The way they dealt with the buffet issues were very creative and made a beautiful display. It was reminiscent of years gone by when nighttime buffets were a showstopper. The food was excellent in the dining room and the buffet and exquisite in the specialty restaurants we visited. My daughter is celiac so gluten free meals are required. She is convinced that her meals were better than ours but she really can't test that theory. The crew onboard were top notch. No complaint about my cruise experience. Now if they would deal with the customer service issue instead of putting me off for 11 months and counting I would have given a perfect review.
