Oasis class ship are huge. The different "neighborhoods" do a great job of dispersing passengers and the ship although busy, never seems cramped. We enjoy the large ships (sailed Oasis class 3x) because of the variety of activities and venues. If you don't like a lot of walking you would probably prefer a smaller ship class.

Embarkation has been perfected. We had a 11:00 arrival time and we were on the ship with a cocktail in hand by 11:30. Grabbed a bite to eat then explored until our room was ready at 1:00

I was nervous about being able to hear noise from the pool deck above in our room OV balcony 14220 but that never seemed to be a issue, surprisingly. This cabin is located almost directly midship so expect a long walk anywhere you want to go to get to the elevator and/or stairs. Next time I think I would prefer to be closer to the aft stairs. Tons of space for all our stuff even with our overpacking. We did bring clamps (highly recommend) that enabled us to attach our bathing suits to dry quickly on the chairs on the balcony without fear of losing them overboard. Picked them up at local hardware store for a little over $1 each. Our cabin steward did a fine job of keeping our room clean although he never really engaged with us or even bothered to find out our dining time. Just told us to put the magnet on our door when we left the room to do the nightly turn down.
