We were very disappointed with our cruise aboard the Norwegian Dawn. This isn't our first cruise with Norwegian, in fact we have sailed on this ship before, but after this cruise we will never sale with Norwegian again as they main focus seems to be profit and nothing else.
To begin with, when I booked, I paid for the dining and wifi package, but upon embarkement those add-ons had disappeared. The customer service aboard the ship said "sorry, we can't help you".
We had booked the "Turbo Cat Snorkel & Beach" excursion in St. Thomas through Norwegian, but it was not as advertised. First of all we were taken to a dead coral reef where there were only a couple fish, we would of had better snorkeling in the ships pool. Then we did not go to the beach as the catamaran broke, so in our opinion it was a wasted day. Customer service on the ship again said "sorry we can't help you, contact corporate", which we did when we got home...their response was "we are not responsible as it was a 3rd party that furnishes the excursion", so they would not compensate us. That's odd as we paid Norwegian directly for this excursion.
