Service

We always have excellent service from room stewards, dining room staff, and other crew members on Royal Caribbean. They are friendly and leave a genuine impression that they are trying to give you a great vacation experience. We had only one miscommunication regarding changing our dining time, which they were able to fix without any issue. Some of the crew doesn't speak the very best English, but it didn't cause us any inconvenience. Our dining room staff, Firman, Akhmad, and Erman were awesome and hard-working. It seemed like they were constantly in motion except when they were at our table helping us with our something or answering our questions about the ship and where they lived off the ship.
