The service was wonderful. The amount of quests was very low so we had a lot of crew members and not many quests. I liked some of the advantages of the Medallion class service.. They encourage you to order from your medallion but if you order a drink from you medallion it comes from room service and not one of the waiters for the bar. You may never get it. Room service ordering was great if you are in your room. We ordered drinks before dinner and they always showed up in 15 minutes or less. We were charged for a drink in the dining room even though we had the drink package. I had to go to customer service and they fixed it. My husband enjoys Red bull but many times the bars didn't have it. We could get it from room service most times until the end of the cruise and then they were out. They were also out of bananas. They food was good but nothing special. Very disappointed with the selection. The ice cream tasted like ice milk. Very poor and the soft ice cream machine never worked. The buffet was small. There was one large section in the back that was never open. I'm guessing it was because there were not many guests on the ship.

The entertainment was ok. They had one very funny comedian and 2 that were so so. The production shows were pretty good. They best singer they had performed during the culinary presentation. He was a waiter in the dining room and he had a fabulous voice. They should be using him on stage instead of waiting tables. Overall I'm disappointed with the downsizing of the food selection and entertainment. These things used to be extravagant before Covid and now just so so. But from reading other reviews I think this is the norm now on a cruise ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

I was locked out of my room on the balcony. The door locked when I went out and I couldn't get back in. I used the crew chat to get someone to come and let me out. So glad I had my phone with me. Personally I don't think that should be able to happen but it does if you are not careful what position you leave the handle in. We were in a handicapped room and maybe the door is different there because it raised a little ramp to let the wheel chair out on the deck. The room was great the our steward was wonderful.
