Tropical beach break from Durban . Nice roomy cabin on 15 th deck cleaned and quality linen with excellent TV and wide range of DSTV channels and bar refilled daily. Issues are restricted to Durban embarkation nightmare where passengers herded into enclosed tent for so called COVID document checks yet if ever this was a high risk viral vest pool in 40 degree heat with zero air most passengers did catch viral infections due to this nightmare experience pre boarding ! Buffet food was dreadful burnt pizza with limited Italian foods as Italian cruise line and horrific drinks package where you pay per voucher regardless of price so if it’s water or whisky it’s one voucher ! No water offered in restaurants with dinner but you can pay per voucher for a glass of water at $4:50 !! Only decent dining is in restaurants and buffet to be avoided as many obese guests simply over eat non stop from 09:00 to 9 pm eating non stop !! Shows were good and pool side entertainment fun with South African entertainers offering excellent shows versus what was experienced on Virgin Voyages which entertainment was poor post recent Med cruise on Virgin. Excellent sauna steam room Aurea private enclave to relax with private jacuzzi’s on Orchestra but best to buy full access prior to trip.
