Three-day cruise on MSC Divina (Thursday, 01/13/2023 – Monday, 01/16/2023).
My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Right before boarding the ship we had a great customer service experience with a woman named Sofia (an MSC staff member who worked behind the embarkation counter in Terminal E). Sofia was very nice, courteous, and very helpful.
