MSC needs to learn from RCC and Celebrity. My first MSC and never again. Ship gorgeous and that's it..full stop.

Embarkation was chaotic. Thousands sitting at the Pier waiting to be called by groups starting at 12pm. not good for Covid. Long lines just to board.

Food at Main Dining room was way too unappealing and not good taste either. We struggle to find an item to pick every single night, and it was not even that good. We went open minded because the reviews are mostly negative about the quality and taste of the food in al MSC Cruises...and sad to confirm it was true. Buffet selections were good over all thou. Pizza is excellent. But the lay out up there makes it too chaotic and crowded with only one lane for passing, picking up food and seating. It was a nightmare eating at the buffet all the time. Good luck if you are a party of more than 2 to find a table.

Cabin Review

Premium Suite Aurea with Terrace

We upgraded on embarkation day to a Suite from a Balcony. Balcony room was little tight and we asked for a bigger one. Shower was tiny and closet is right against the sofa. We paid extra for the Suite in the Back of the ship with lot more room and a bigger veranda overlooking the Infinity Pool in the back. Best money spent.

Busy Cruise days traffic is horrible. Parking is expensive ($20 a day)
