Viking Cruises are by far my favorite with excellent customer service, wonderful accommodations and delicious food. The excursions were well planned with knowledge tour guides. We knew when we boarded our excursion bus that we were going to learn about the local area and understand the history. Both my husband and I relaxed in the steam room and revived in the snow room. It was a treat to be so pampered with massages and a facial.

After our excellent meals, we always enjoyed the Explorer’s lounge with a nice cocktail. We met many friendly travelers from all over. The acoustic guitar music was terrific.

Wonderful experience for my husband and I. Even brought two employees with spouses on the cruise so that they could experience what true customer service looks like. They loved the cruise as well! Read more
