First time on this line and attracted by the great itinerary. Used to the ship and cabin layout as we are multi time cruisers with Azamara/Regent/Holland America. The experience on the ship was good with the staff pleasant and obliging. The food was very good and found their approach to dress standards sensible, although some do push the envelope and look 'too casual' after hours in areas such as Horizons and the entertainment/bar areas. I thought the timing of their entertainment was too late and it would have been been better for us if they had two shows one at 7.30pm and one at 9.30pm rather than just one late show. The young cruise director was energetic and the morning shows on TV very entertaining with the Brand ambassador.

However I just can't believe the ship has a smoking area in Horizons! The waft of smoke was evident once one came within distance and just permeated the whole area. This will stop us ever using the brand again and we heard others complaining of the same issue.

Overall a good cruise spoiled by out of touch smoking rules. It will determine out choice for us in future.
