I chose this cruise because of the destinations and because of a person's recommendation.

Unfortunately it was a disaster. We arrived late on New Years Eve so had no time to change - we had the evening meal in the buffet and we were not asked if we wanted a drink of wine or beer - we could get water from a machine.

1st January - we went to the dining room as it was a black tie night - the waiter came and we ordered a bottle of wine. The other waiter came and we ordered dinner. The wine waiter came back and said they didn't have that wine so I chose another.
