We have been on Escape, Bliss, Joy and Encore. Encore definitely the most visually appealing but we were not overly impressed with the food, or service. Never saw our room steward, difficult to get drinks at many of the bars. Reduced bar staff in common areas from prior cruises and the food just wasn’t as good. We felt the food in Taste and Savor was better than a couple of the specialty restaurants. On the positive side, our teen grandsons loved the race cars and opening the bow during our glacier tour was exceptional. Wish we’d had more time in Victoria, and that it had been during the day. Not enough time to do it justice. We will remain loyal to NCL but we were just a bit disappointed this trip. Will chalk it up to post-COVID and hope our next cruise in February on Bliss (again) is better. Crossing our fingers!
