My family cruised on MSC Orchestra Dec 26th- Jan 9th from Durban with (planned) stops in Mozambique, Madagascar, Seychelles and Mauritius. I strongly caution prospective travelers to avoid this cruise and MSC as a whole after this disappointing holiday and will in detail describe our experience.

BEFORE CRUISE: MSC website to manage your booking is vague in detailing how their packages work. Had to phone multiple times to gain clarity and even then, was left scratching my head.

EMBARKATION: This was essentially a wasted day as all we did was stand in lines. Lines for luggage drop-off. Lines for check-in. Lines to collect your drink tickets. Lines to pick up spa vouchers.
