I just returned from a 10 day trip on the new Ritz Carlton ship-EVRIMA
To be fair, I want to preface that the ship only launched in October and was not 100% ready, but there is great potential.
We embarked in Barbados. There were NO Ritz Carlton staff at the pier when we arrived at 11:30. There were some contracted port staff. I understand that we were told to be there at 12:30, however, since most hotels have 11 am check out, there were other guests at the port by 11:30. The shore staff were somewhat disorganized which made a poor first impression. There was no signage indicating Ritz Carlton meeting area. There were none of the typically offered snacks or even a bottle of water. The guests that were there with us were all discussing their first impressions based on the obvious confusion. There should have been at least one staff member on hand to represent the ship and not only rely on untrained sub contractors.
This a suite category with large balcony, king size bed, small refrigerator, two sinks and tub. The shower is very small. The space around the bed is tight and we were banging into the corner of the bed every time walking around it. Overall it was comfortable. There is a couch, two tv's and electric outlets at each nightstand with 110/220 volt and two standard USB. There are NO other outlets we could find other than a shaver outlet in the bathroom
